The Xiaoying Teapot was invented during the Ming Dynasty. Its sturdy and solid form embodies an unyielding, almost heroic character. Connoisseurs passionately describe its tea-brewing qualities: beneath its cool exterior lies a fiery heart, brewing tea with bold enthusiasm—rich, robust, and full of depth, sweet and warm in aroma, decisive and vibrant. It is said that the Xiaoying Teapot’s design originates from the historical tale, 'A single laugh from Yingning dissolves a thousand sorrows.'
