Description
Le nom de cette théière Yixing est De Zhong, avec un design classique et minimaliste. Il s'agit d'une œuvre entièrement réalisée à la main par l'artisan Li Jianming 李建明, d'une capacité de 135 ml, ce qui la rend très adaptée au thé gongfu pour une à deux personnes.
La matière première de cette théière est une authentique argile zisha dicaoqing de Yixing, provenant du puits n° 4 de la montagne Huanglong à Yixing. Le minerai a été extrait en 1993 et transformé en argile zisha en 1994, puis conservé et vieilli en 窖藏 (stockage en entrepôt) depuis lors. La grande qualité de la matière première et les excellentes techniques de raffinage de l'argile lui confèrent des performances remarquables. Li Jianming 李建明 est né en 1970 dans une famille de zisha à Dingshu, Yixing, Jiangsu. En 1988, il a rejoint l'Institut de recherche de l'usine d'artisanat Zisha de Jiangsu Yixing 江苏省宜兴紫砂工艺厂研究所, où il a étudié sous la direction de Zhou Zunyan 周尊严, maître des arts et métiers de Chine. En 2015, son œuvre Zhongqi 重器 (Grand Vessel) won the Silver Award at the China Ceramic Art Exhibition 中国陶瓷艺术大展银奖. （more info about Li Jianming）

Simply stated, I love this teapot. it is an exquisite piece which adds to the mystique, mystery and romance of any tea that I may be drinking, (mostly Sheng related Puerh)...a magical little pot.

This is a beautifully crafted teapot. It is super light and thin walled, yet stable and secure. It is the only luni teapot I own and the only half handmade luni pot that I have ever seen and, as such, is available at an incredible price. The clay crystals have an amazing look to them. The design and size at 90ml is perfect for solo gonfu and the pour is just right. If your passion is collecting and using special zisha clay pots, this one really can't be passed up.

The craftsmanship is impeimpeccable (thin walls, tight lid fit, superb water flow, high pitch "cling" sound,. . ) and the clay quality is amazing!
I use it for floral oolongs(dancong, wuyi, bāozhòng, tie guan yin) floral black teas (Keemun, usmoked lapsang), but also for more floral and fruity Sheng Pu Erhs (Gua Feng Zhai, Yiwu, Jingmai, Bangdong,. . ) and it brews all of them to perfection (aroma & mouth feel).
