Shipping Info

We ship worldwide (well, almost).


Shipping & Delivery

Slow Shipping: Free shipping. (5-25 business days)

Standard Shipping:  Freight is estimated based on transportation distance   (3-18 business days)


Address

To ensure that you can receive your package in time, please make sure that you fill in the correct delivery address and contact information! If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at info@yixingteapot.art with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.


Packaging

To save the planet and reduce waste, we will try to pack many items in one package if you order multiple items. This may result in a slightly longer processing time, especially for orders of more than 3 items.


Restrictions

Please double-check the nominated shipping address contains specific details such as unit number, street number, building number, etc. 

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. For example, providing incorrect delivery information including name, address, zip code, etc.

For certain countries (including U.S. island territories), you may have to go to your local postal office to pick up the package. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


Customs Duties

All shipments from our warehouses are customs duty paid. However, if there is a handling fee after the package reaches the destination country/region (usually a very small amount of about 5 US dollars, up to 14 US dollars), the customer will be responsible for paying it.

If the customer refuses to accept the package due to handling fees, the customer will be responsible for all return costs, customs fees and handling fees incurred for the return.


Additional Information

1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-4 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, the wait will be longer as we cannot guarantee the schedule.

2) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

Q: What should I do if my order is returned?

A:
Customer responsibility: Incorrect address, refusal of the package, etc. We do not bear any responsibility for such situations. You will be issued the store credits for a corresponding amount, minus the original shipping fee (The original shipping fee refers to the actual shipping cost that we pay to the logistics company for shipping your order, not the shipping fee you paid when placing the order).
Siyutao responsibility: Full refund except insurance fee and shipping fee, or resend for products you did not receive or damaged in shipping.
