This is a minimalist, classic shape yixing teapot named pao zun. The capacity of this yixing zisha zhu ni teapot is 80ml.
According to our experience and customer feedback, 80ml is very suitable for a single serving of gongfu tea.

When we held this teapot, we found that it was very light and thin, making it very comfortable to use. According to rigorous testing we found this teapot pours very well.
The filter of this teapot is a handmade ball-shaped filter 手工内推球孔. It can effectively make the pour smooth, but it is very difficult to make, especially on a zhuni teapot with such a high shrinkage rate.
The average success rate for this zhuni pao zun is only 50% to 60%. Sometimes, out of six pieces that go into the kiln, only two turn out well. Each pao zun teapot requires two days of the craftsman's work to make, and needs to be fired three times, each firing taking a full day. But we only select the best finished pieces for you.

This is a beautifully crafted teapot. It is super light and thin walled, yet stable and secure. It is the only luni teapot I own and the only half handmade luni pot that I have ever seen and, as such, is available at an incredible price. The clay crystals have an amazing look to them. The design and size at 90ml is perfect for solo gonfu and the pour is just right. If your passion is collecting and using special zisha clay pots, this one really can't be passed up.

The craftsmanship is impeimpeccable (thin walls, tight lid fit, superb water flow, high pitch "cling" sound,. . ) and the clay quality is amazing!
I use it for floral oolongs(dancong, wuyi, bāozhòng, tie guan yin) floral black teas (Keemun, usmoked lapsang), but also for more floral and fruity Sheng Pu Erhs (Gua Feng Zhai, Yiwu, Jingmai, Bangdong,. . ) and it brews all of them to perfection (aroma & mouth feel).
