Born in 1970 in Yixing, Jiangsu.
She studied ceramic art under Master Chen Jianping, a Chinese Ceramic Art Master.
Wang graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing Normal University in 1990 and furthered her studies at Nanjing University of the Arts in 1999. She currently teaches at Wuxi Institute of Arts and Technology.

Her works emphasize modern design concepts, blending traditional and contemporary aesthetics, with abstract forms that pursue simplicity and elegance. Her distinctive style is highly individualistic.
Wang has participated in numerous professional exhibitions, winning over ten national and provincial awards (gold, silver, bronze, etc.) in professional competitions. She has published more than ten academic papers. Nineteen of her purple clay works, including Qingying (Clear Shadow) and Zhiqiu (Perceiving Autumn), have been granted national design patents.
