Over the past thirty years, Zhu has been engaged in ceramic art creation and design, with over a hundred works selected for exhibitions and competitions both domestically and internationally. More than thirty of his works have received awards in national and Jiangsu provincial ceramic art design competitions. His works are also collected and displayed in the Purple Light Pavilion of Zhongnanhai.

Zhu's works are characterized by the use of special techniques on Zisha teapots, including inlaid gold and silver threads and two-color clay decorations. These pieces serve both as practical utensils and artistic collectibles, highly appreciated by collectors. He has published six research papers in the national journal China Ceramics and has been included in the China Talent 名人录 (Who's Who).
