Born in 1965 on Shushan South Street, Dingshu Town, Yixing, Jiangsu, Fan Guoxin was immersed in the art of Zisha (purple clay) from childhood and developed a deep passion for it.
After graduating from Dingshu Middle School in 1981, she entered the Jiangsu Yixing Zisha Craft Factory, where she apprenticed for four years under the tutelage of Chinese Arts and Crafts Master Lü Yaochen.
In 1986, she was admitted to the factory's research institute and studied for many years with Chinese Ceramic Art Master He Daohong. During this period, she shared a studio with the esteemed teapot master Jiang Rong, frequently receiving her meticulous guidance, thereby laying a solid artistic foundation.

In 1993, she furthered her studies in the Ceramic Art Design Department at the Central Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University, enhancing her capacity for innovation and design.
Her works feature fluid lines and a powerful artistic aura, seamlessly integrating artistry and practicality. Meticulously crafted, they are highly sought after by collectors both at home and abroad and have won numerous awards at major domestic and international exhibitions.
