This authentic Yixing zisha teapot is fully handmade by craftsman Zhang Xiaoxiao (张小小). It has a minimalist design and is crafted from genuine original-ore Yixing zisha hong ni sourced from the Baoshan area of Huanglong Mountain. With a 90 ml capacity, it is perfect for gongfu tea sessions.
The high-quality original-ore (原矿 yuan kuang) hong ni clay has a loose, porous structure, and its fully handmade construction gives it an even lower density. This makes the teapot more comfortable to hold, improves breathability, helps prevent the tea from stewing, and effectively reduces bitterness.

This is a beautifully crafted teapot. It is super light and thin walled, yet stable and secure. It is the only luni teapot I own and the only half handmade luni pot that I have ever seen and, as such, is available at an incredible price. The clay crystals have an amazing look to them. The design and size at 90ml is perfect for solo gonfu and the pour is just right. If your passion is collecting and using special zisha clay pots, this one really can't be passed up.

The craftsmanship is impeimpeccable (thin walls, tight lid fit, superb water flow, high pitch "cling" sound,. . ) and the clay quality is amazing!
I use it for floral oolongs(dancong, wuyi, bāozhòng, tie guan yin) floral black teas (Keemun, usmoked lapsang), but also for more floral and fruity Sheng Pu Erhs (Gua Feng Zhai, Yiwu, Jingmai, Bangdong,. . ) and it brews all of them to perfection (aroma & mouth feel).
