Jiang Quansun Jiangsu Provincial Ceramic Art Master

Born in Suzhou in 1961, Jiang began his artistic training at the Wu Men Painting Academy in 1978. In 1982, he enrolled in the Flower and Bird Painting program at Suzhou Vocational University of Arts and Crafts. For over forty years, he has dedicated himself to Chinese painting and ceramic decoration. As an inheritor of the “Ink and Blue-and-White” style pioneered by Master Yang Lihua, Jiang specializes in Chinese painting, ceramic decoration, form design, and subjects such as flowers, birds, fish, insects, and Jiangnan water towns. His works encompass a wide range of themes, drawing inspiration from life with a fresh, natural quality that sets them apart from traditional decorative techniques. He places great emphasis on the study of Wu culture in ceramic decoration, blending tradition with innovation.
