Gao Fenrong, (高奋荣) male, was born in October 1965 in Zisha Village, Dingshu Town, Yixing, Jiangsu Province. He holds a Bachelor's degree and is a member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD). He serves as a committee member of the Ceramic Art Professional Committee under the Chinese Arts and Crafts Masters Work Committee.
