Artist Bio:
Zhang Qin, (张琴) a native of Huai’an, Jiangsu Province, graduated from Nanjing Normal University and is now a certified Craft Artist, Senior Technician, and Visiting Professor at Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute. (国家级工艺美术师,国家职业技能一级/高级技师).In 1996, she joined the Yixing Zisha Pottery Factory #1 and became a disciple of Ni Shunsheng (倪顺生), a third-generation successor of the renowned Republic-era master Yu Guoliang (俞国良), a research-grade Senior Craft Artist, and a Jiangsu Provincial Master of Arts and Crafts. With over three decades dedicated to designing and crafting Yixing teapots, Zhang has developed a distinctive personal style.

This dicaoqing ore was mined in 1980 from the No. 4 Well Mining Area of Huanglong Mountain in Dingshu Town, Yixing City.

Each certificate of authenticity features an encrypted password, a unique serial number, and a QR code. It is personally signed by the artist and bears the artist's seal, as well as the art gallery's official stamp. Special paper, ink, and multiple anti-counterfeiting hidden marks are used in its production. Additionally, the certificate includes a photo of the teapot and its detailed information.
Regarding the teapot ID card:
Starting from 01/10/2026, each Siyutao teapot has an individual ID card. By scanning the QR code on the teapot's ID card, you can trace the origin of the teapot's raw material zisha clay, the artist's information, and the teapot's information and anti-counterfeiting mark. Each teapot is unique.
