Description
This yixing zisha teapot combines three Chinese art forms: hand carving, calligraphy, and handmade teapot crafting.
The raw material of this teapot is Yixing dicaoqing clay. It features calligraphy of the two characters “集香” (meaning “Gathering Fragrance”) inscribed on it, and it has been carved by an artist.

This is a beautifully crafted teapot. It is super light and thin walled, yet stable and secure. It is the only luni teapot I own and the only half handmade luni pot that I have ever seen and, as such, is available at an incredible price. The clay crystals have an amazing look to them. The design and size at 90ml is perfect for solo gonfu and the pour is just right. If your passion is collecting and using special zisha clay pots, this one really can't be passed up.

The craftsmanship is impeimpeccable (thin walls, tight lid fit, superb water flow, high pitch "cling" sound,. . ) and the clay quality is amazing!
I use it for floral oolongs(dancong, wuyi, bāozhòng, tie guan yin) floral black teas (Keemun, usmoked lapsang), but also for more floral and fruity Sheng Pu Erhs (Gua Feng Zhai, Yiwu, Jingmai, Bangdong,. . ) and it brews all of them to perfection (aroma & mouth feel).
